Overlap Factor. Leave this at 1 unless you have a good reason to change it. This controls the acceptable deviation of your values from projected Genetic Distance to be considered a valid relationship path. The default factor of 1 equates to a range of about 70 Pct to 141 Pct of projected values. A larger overlap factor will show more possible relationship pathways.

Leave defaults here, unless you have a good reason to change it. Based on the values you have entered, the program will estimate the number of generations between each DNA donor, and the 'Most Recent Common Ancestor' (MRCA). Enter values here to override number of generations calculated by program (otherwise, leave the default). This also overrides the relative age of the individuals specified above. If the number of generations are the same, the cousin relationship will be one less than the value specified here.
